A new, unique—and interactive—dining experience is coming to Syracuse
Opening in late Spring 2024, the Everson Museum of Art is proud to present Louise—a dining experience like none other. With the generous donation of ceramics from potter and collector, Louise Rosenfield, diners are invited to not only enjoy the ceramic art—but actually use it with their meals and beverages! Each piece will be tagged, offering diners an opportunity to learn more about the individual pieces they are using.
Louise was designed by the architectural firm, MILLIØNS, and the menu will be prepared by well-known and popular Syracuse-based restaurateurs, Drēmers, the owners of LaLaLu, Loded, Lobster Babe, and Rise N Shine.
“I consider food to be art—you can be creative in its flavor. You can be creative in its presentation. You can even be creative in how it’s represented. I see this opportunity to join forces in both the literal art world and unconventional ones.”
